Our Story

    Bryan and Jo met and fell in love in 1997 while attending photography school.  They share a passion for music as well as photography, and were both huge Beatles fans long before they met.  After over 5 years of dating and working together they were finally married on April 20th, 2002.  True to form, the honeymoon took them on a tour of the UK where they hit all the famous Beatles haunts from London to Liverpool!
    After photographing many weddings together, experiencing it from the perspective of bride & groom was eye opening for both of them.  From the planning process to the sparkler sendoff, they gained a new appreciation for what the bride & groom are going through, and they have incorporated what they learned into their style of wedding photography.
       In June of 2005 Bryan & Jo joined a group of artists in a shared studio space in downtown Raleigh, NC.  Bryan is available for advertising and editorial assignments worldwide.  His commercial work can be seen here: www.riersonphoto.com
